PAYMENT TERMS:
1. All payments are to be made by cash, bank cheque or
money order only.
2. Deposit if 50% of the total amount. The balance of the total hire
is to be finalised at least 4 weeks prior to the appointed hire date.
3. Once the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed. The deposit
becomes a non-refundable contribution to the hire charges.
4. The total hire charges when accepted and if a cancellation is made
for any reason is not refundable unless the cars can be rebooked on
the same date.
5. Our cancellation policy for bookings on all cars in our fleet reflects
the limited availabilty by making all deposits non refundable. Once
we accept your booking deposit we refuse all and any other that could
conflict with yours on that day.
6. All prices are inclusive of GST at 10%.
HIRE TERMS:
1. Any variations to the journey(s) originally discussed,
booked and agreed to between Ideal Wedding Cars and the Client may be
subject to additional charges, if these changes involve extra time and/or
distance being covered.
2. There are no hidden taxes, fees or extra charges to be paid upon
completion of the job, except for additional waiting time and or parking
charges incurred or as defined in Paragraph 1.
3. We endeavour to provide the cars requested. If a substitute car need
to be given under unforseen circumstances, a refund will be given if
the vehicle is of lesser value.
4. Every effort will be made by Ideal Wedding Cars to ensure that the
vehicle arrive and reach destination on time. Ideal Wedding Cars will
not be liable for any delays that may ocurr beyond its control.
5. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims,
however customer's property is carried at his or her own risk.
6. Ideal Wedding Cars reserves the right to refuse to carry passangers
who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or whose
behaivour poses a threat to the Chauffer, the vehicle or any other passanger.
7. Ideal Wedding Cars maintains a strict non smoking, eating or drinking
policy in all its cars.
8. The Client should try to maintain the agreed time frame. We can try
to accommodate a request for extension of time at an additional cost
depending on the car in increments of 1/4 hour.
9. We shall try to deliver any items left in the vehicle back to the
hirer at their expense or they may be collected from our office. We
will not be liable for any personal items left in the vehicles during
or after hire.
10. Any breakage or damage to the vehicles made by passangers or others
will be charged to the person who made the booking. This also includes
the valet service or detaiting may be necessary if the car is mistreated.
11. Any additional artistic photography is not encouraged. If required
must be preappoved.
12. Ideal Wedding Cars will not be liable for special, indirect or consequential
loss of damage as a result of the breach of the hire agreement by us.
This includes but is not limited to the cost arising from the loss of
use of the hire cars and to the cost of any substitute replacement cars
the client may need to acquire.
13. In all cases the company's maximum liabilty shall be limited to
the refund of the fare paid by the hirer. No claims for Liquidated Damages,
consequential losses of for any other nature shall be admissible.
